Valerie is the Financial Controller, where she oversees the accounting for our Residential, Commercial, and Industrial assets, as well as the operating company TPS.
Melinda Wiggs, Senior Regional Property Manager for TPS, oversees five multifamily properties totaling 1,476 units in Olympia, Frederickson, Puyallup and Sumner, Washington. She is primarily responsible for the financial performance of existing assets, repositioning of existing assets and lease-up of new assets under development. She manages all aspects of operations for her multi-family portfolio including supervision of business managers and site employees, meeting goals and objectives of property owners and complying with company policies and procedures.
