Tarragon Property Services (“TPS”) was established to internally manage Tarragon’s long-term real estate holdings. The Tarragon portfolio includes multifamily, industrial, office and retail in the Puget Sound Region.

Michelle Niemeyer, Senior Marketing Manager for Tarragon Property Services, is responsible for overall planning and implementation of marketing programs, both short term and long range, to support the strategic objectives for Tarragon Property Services. This includes executing projects for residential, commercial and retail properties and partnering with Tarragon development when new properties are added to our portfolio.

Heather Peterson, TPS Senior Property Manager, oversees management and day-to-day operations for Tarragon's office and industrial portfolio and 118,000 square feet of retail property. With over 15 years’ experience in the industry, she also assists in leasing and marketing of these properties and works closely with the management team, vendors, brokers and end users to keep Tarragon’s properties top of class.

Tarragon Property Services provides property management for a diverse portfolio of multifamily and commercial/retail properties. The key position will provide full-cycle accounting support to several entities in residential and commercial real estate. Specific duties include managing cash positions, posting journal entries, completing account reconciliations, and preparing full financials. This is a key position in our finance organization and has routine exposure with senior management. The position reports directly to the Controller and works closely with Business Managers to provide accounting and general business support.

Tarragon Property Services is seeking a Design Manager who will manage conceptual designs and execute design efforts, including interior design, building renovation, exterior curb appeal, space planning, apartment interior specifications, model home design, branding, and signage for a growing apartment portfolio located in the Greater Seattle Area. This is an exceptional opportunity to use your creative talents in a business environment in which you will make and execute multi-million-dollar renovation plans at both urban and suburban apartment communities. In addition, you will also have exposure to the retail, office, and industrial properties. This position will be based in either the company’s Seattle or Sumner office.
