Background:
Lori brings more than 20 years of human resources experience to TPS. Prior to joining the team in 2022, she spent five years at McGee Air Services, where she served as Manager of Recruiting and Talent Acquisitions and later as Manager of Talent Outreach Programs. Before that, Lori dedicated 18 years to Alaska Airlines in their Human Resources department, building a strong foundation in talent strategy, workforce development, and employee support.
