Background:
In the multifamily and commercial industry since 1984, Bruce has a history of building highly skilled onsite teams who put customer service first. He has supervised new construction, lease-ups and renovations, and has extensive expertise in all aspects of property maintenance and operations, especially major capital improvements.
At TPS:
Bruce Smith, Director of Regional Maintenance, joined Tarragon Property Services in March 2019. He is responsible for major capital repairs, capital budgets, property inspections, maintenance training programs assisting site maintenance supervisors and hiring site maintenance staff.
