Floating Leasing Associate

South Sound

Residential
Interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve rental and occupancy goals. Acts as the Company's representative by conveying the benefits of the community. Responsible for the leasing process from introduction to the actual occupancy of the resident and maintains communication throughout the tenancy of the resident. This position requires travel across the company's south-end portfolio, with properties ranging from Olympia to Kent. 

Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor/Manager is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations of an assigned property and ensures that the overall physical aspects of the property meet the Company’s established standards and any applicable laws. This position is also responsible for quality control, purchasing and supply management, budgeting, Risk Management, and personnel administration.

Multi-Site Maintenance Technician II

Residential
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for responding to maintenance requests as instructed by the Maintenance Supervisor/ Manager or property staff, or as requested by residents or vendors. This position ensures that the physical aspects of the property meets the Company’s established standards and any applicable laws. This position assists with multiple properties located in downtown Seattle.
