Description:

This position will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Technologist to implement the annual Marketing Plan with a strategic emphasis on the Residential and Commercial leasing, all the while ensuring the overall marketing effort for the company and its projects while maintaining quality brand standards.

Position Requirements:

Specific Position Duties

  • Support leadership and property site team’s marketing & advertising strategies.  Assist with graphic support for ongoing projects as well as meeting milestones.
  • Deliver quality marketing materials, print and online collateral, project signage, events, and presentations.
  • Redesign/create/manage advertisements through marketing programs.
  • Update company website and social media sites.
  • Assist residential site teams with the management of ongoing communication with distribution marketing material to sites.
  • Lead event planning and preparation efforts for key meetings, events, and strategic influence opportunities.
  • Work with manager and business units to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget.
  • Engage in internal communication, promoting a TPS culture, promoting a healthy, dynamic, and fun working environment by coordinating through quarterly employee events, holiday events and community volunteer efforts.
  • Manage the frequency of email campaigns (written content, foundation design, and distribution), the maintenance and distribution of leasing information).
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers; proactively identify potential needs/request with their respective outcomes and work diligently to mitigate and exceed expectations.
  • Assist President with special projects, as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred and a minimum of 2 plus years of experience in marketing.
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Competency in email campaign software such as Constant Contact
  • Basic understanding of media, web-based advertising, and website development
  • Basic understanding of public relations, press releases, articles, and web content.
  • Basic understanding of event planning.
  • Design portfolio illustrating aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.

Preferred Experience

  • Yardi/Rent Café CRM software experience a plus.
  • Business, hospitality, or property management background a plus.
