Background:
Prior to joining Tarragon Property Services in 2006, Heather served as a Property Assistant at RREEF Management Company, where she prepared lease agreements and renewals, assisted in managing maintenance of the properties, and worked with vendors on tenant improvements and capital projects. She also assisted in marketing events for the portfolio.
At TPS:
Heather Peterson, Director of Property Management Operations, oversees management and day-to-day operations for Tarragon's office and industrial portfolio and 118,000 square feet of retail property. With over 15 years’ experience in the industry, she also assists in leasing and marketing of these properties and works closely with the management team, vendors, brokers and end users to keep Tarragon’s properties top of class.
