Background:
Prior to joining Tarragon in 2004, John got his start in property management as Operations Manager at Westlake Center in downtown Seattle. He later spent six years as property manager at University Village, considered one of the country’s premier outdoor shopping centers. John currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Kent Downtown Partnership (KDP) and is chair for both the annual Downtown Kent Clean-Up Day and the Safety and Security Committee. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Kent Chamber of Commerce, where he was Finance Chair in 2011, and the Northwest Shopping Center Association (NSCA), where he was President from 2008 through 2010.
At TPS:
John Hinds, General Manager for Kent Station and Sunrise Village, is responsible for management and day-to-day operations for both retail properties and works closely with tenants to ensure their success.
